      1° antibody: Anti-Stau1 antibody 1:1000.
                          Anti-beta-actin antibody 1:10000.

Q1. Can primary antibody incubation be overnight with boosting buffer?
A: Not recommended. Please operate according to protocol.

Q2. What is the suggested antibody dilution with boosting buffer?
A: Please dilute according to the datasheet of the antibody.

Q3. Is the floating particles in the buffer normal?
A: This is normal in 4 degrees. Please put the buffer in RT and the particles will be dissolved.
